This site (haleandwise.com) is operated by Hale & Wise LLC, a California limited liability company — the Trust Circle, Flourishing Workshops, and books of Neil W. Smith. It is designed to collect as little information as possible. This policy explains what we collect, how we use it, and the choices you have.

Information we collect

If you choose to request the Drift Diagnostic (a self-reflection guide), join a workshop or retreat interest list, or join the mailing list, you provide your first and last name and email address so that we can send you the materials you requested and occasional updates. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email.

We do not sell or rent your information, and we do not use your email address for any purpose other than the updates and materials you signed up for. Responses connected to the Drift Diagnostic are never shared with or sold to advertising platforms.

Third parties we share data with

Information you submit is processed by the service providers that run this site's infrastructure: our hosting provider (Vercel), our form and email/CRM providers, and — if you buy a book — the retailer you purchase from, under their own privacy terms. We do not share your personal information with third parties for their own marketing.

Cookies, analytics, and tracking

The site may use privacy-respecting, aggregate analytics to understand general traffic patterns. We do not permit third parties to collect personally identifiable information about your activity over time and across different websites through this site. Fonts are served by Google Fonts, whose own privacy terms apply to that request.

Do Not Track

Because we do not track visitors across third-party websites, this site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals.

Your choices

You can request access to, correction of, or deletion of any personal information you have shared by contacting info@haleandwise.com. We honor reasonable requests promptly.

If we make material changes, we will update the effective date at the top of this page and, where appropriate, note the change in our next email to the mailing list.
